The Lauttasaari Blitz Championship 2024 was played with 17 players on July 31, 2024.
Two old traditions were changed:
- New time control is 3'+02" because that will be used for the first time at Finnish Team Blitz Championship at Kaapelitehdas on August 3–4.
- New venue is the Lauttasaari church club room because playing at the Seurasaari restaurant is no longer free.
